the last week or so I have been in a major downer. I have been thinking way to much and dwelling on things I cant change. Well tonight I went out with Josh and Linda. I had such a good time. We went to a way nice restraunt and ate drank wine and just talked. It was such a release. I realey needed it. I feal so much better. Well I am off to bed and I actualy feal like I am going to go to sleep. Nice. Goodnight.
